My stylist Donna is awesome and does a fabulous job. Today had to be trying for the young ladies who book appointments and check each client out because the computer system was down. But the young ladies worked as a team to get things done.

I have been a client for many years at Mane Attraction. The hair and facial specialists that I have been to are fabulous and really listen to my requests! Unfortunately, my last appointment for the usual hair color/cut was set up incorrectly by the front desk as a hair cut only. This threw my hair stylist into a tailspin as the Salon would be closing before she could accomplish the color and cut. Because of the rushed job, the color was off so I needed to come back two more times to get it right. I am satisfied, but not highly satisfied like I normally am. One way to correct the problem is to have the emailed confirmation detail the client's services so the error is caught in advance. Hoping for a better experience next time :-)
