I have been a client at Mane Attraction for years, but during my recent battle with cancer my stylist went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience when I began losing my hair. She researched the right coloring products to use and gave me a stylish, shorter cut. But more than the cut and color, she turned what could have been a depressing experience, into one filled with hope, humor and enjoyment. Thank you!

If you are looking for an experience, and a place where the customer comes first for hair cuts, and other salon services, then Mane Attraction in Winchester, VA is where you want to go. Their service from the moment you walk in the front door is exceptional. My personal hair stylist is Cheryl, who takes the time on every visit to get my hair just the way I like it. I would not go anywhere else.
Roe is the best. I couldn't ask for a better hairstylist. I am always pleased when I get done..
I did the full spa day package and it surely was an all day experience. Started the day at 9am and got a mani-pedi. Nail artist was 15 minutes late but oh well it happens. Received a nice hand massage with my Mani and I got a simple French tip with a thin black line. Then moved on over to get my pedi. Gotta love a massage chair while getting your feet massaged. I even got something called a "foot mask" That was the first time having my feet wrapped in hot towels and then have bags put over them. By the time I was done it was about 11:30-11:45. I had booked my full spa day in half so I could leave for lunch. Glad I did that. Came back about 12:30 and waited for someone to get me for my massage. I had an hour long massage and it was quite relaxing. I nearly fell asleep towards the end. I could have laid there for another 2 hours. After that I stayed undressed and walked over into the next room. With a robe of course. In this room I got my full body wrap and a facial. Started with the body wrap. She exfoliated with a pair of gloves then lathered on this amazing smelling lotion. Covered me with a sheet then a plastic sheet and then a blanket. Boy that was nice and toasty. Time for the facial. This might have been my favorite part of the whole day. I will go back just for her facials. She was very friendly and told me everything she was doing before she did it. Which I appreciated because this was my first time. Everything smelled so amazing and I wish I could have taken all of those creams and lotions home with me. I also got another mask treatment for my feet which once again they were wrapped in hot towels and bags over them. Also got a head massage with a peppermint smelling cream. I couldn't tell you how long the wrap and facial were exactly but I would say it was a good 2 hours I believe. I felt like a new born baby after all of that. I was then offered a nice glass of wine and it was delicious. I was seated in a small lounge area right outside the massage and facial rooms. There I waited for my final step to this day. My hair. I had my hair shampooed and styled. I wanted 2 French braids but my hair stylist wasn't so sure with herself it seemed... Tried doing it wet at first but it looked flat and I didn't like it. So she dried it and did it again. It looked nice and I was content with it. She just didn't seem quite confident enough in herself. At this point I just wanted to leave. It was roughly 5pm at this point. I went up to the desk and paid. It was over $400 including everyones tip. Which seemed a little pricey considering I did a package deal. When I left my braid on the right side came out and I went back inside to have it fixed. Which she was willing to do. She fixed it and added another rubber band to both side so it wouldn't happen again. Overall, I probably will not do the full day spa package again, but I would like to go back for a facial or facial and body wrap combo. It was a very long day but it was relaxing. Now the names of everyone. I will put a question mark next to the ones I'm not 100% sure about. It was a couple weeks ago. Mani- Theresa? Pedi- Logan? Massage- Crystal? I have been going to Mane Attraction for several years now and always have a wonderful experience! Cheryl has been my stylist the entire time and have never been disappointed. She always takes the time to listen and pays attention to every detail. I have also had several massages with Janie and she is simply the best. I have always gone with the deep tissue massage and she always gets the kinks out. All in all, Mane Attraction is a great asset to the Winchester area and highly recommend it!
I have had nothing but good experiences at this spa. I have had haircuts, color, nails, massages, and have been extremely satisfied. My 7 year old daughter also loves to come here for her haircuts. I Highly recommend trying this place out.
My husband and I had a couples massage today. WOW!!! Janie and Megan did an amazing job! This is our second time here getting massages and once again, the ladies treated us like we were royalty! We can't thank the staff enough! Polite, friendly and professional! We will definitely be back!
