I don't do spas. My husband gifted me a spa day with Mane Attraction in Winchester VA, so I gave it a try. I started with Claudia doing a facial a first for me. I loved it. I was amazed at the glow of my skin when I finished. She did something that felt like a rippling water stream was flowing over my face that felt awesome. Teresa was my mani tech. She was friendly and attentive. She wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the choice of nail color and the shape of my nails. Heather did my pedi. She was very detailed. She kept me in conversation while she worked. She made sure that I was comfortable. Kayla did my hair. She was sweet and gentle. She asked if I wanted anything extra, but I am a no frills kind of girl. Everyone used my name to make it more personal and that shows excellent customer service skills. Thank you all for the great experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley this evening and getting my hair done by her. She was great and easy to work with! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and she made sure I understood what she was doing prior to actually doing it. She gave me options on things I never knew in the past were even options such as toner colors (cool, warm). I will definitely be back, she did an amazing job all the way around from cut to color and making me feel like I was a life long customer!
Kristy always knows how to mix the perfect color for my root touch ups. She also knows what to do with my curly hair.
Gave me 30 minutes of peace and quiet while the kids slept in the car and my fiancee got her eyebrows done. 10/10 would recommend. Fiancee was pleased with their work as well I believe.
