Great customer service very welcoming and calming. Staff were very friendly and worked in a professional manner. I loved the pineapple papaya wrap I highly recommend that treatment.
I really enjoyed my spa day today! Virginia was very kind and accommodating and I loved the pineapple/papaya wrap and the massage was so relaxing. Staff were very professional and friendly. Pie was so sweet and I loved the pedicure and manicure she gave me, she was very patient and took her time and did a great job and even stayed over to do my shampoo and blow dry. Very good experience.

Jamie (apologies if I her name spelled incorrectly) knows her work and the client benefits from her technique and talent. This is my second appointment after staying away from Mane Attraction for several years because of the turnover in this service. Two things of note – the last thing I want is to be in this close proximity with a person exhibiting cold/illness symptoms. The appointment should have been cancelled by Mane Attraction before my appointment. A technician with allergies or colds that are apparent makes the client uncomfortable. The environment – although the room is isolated and quiet, I could hear the animated laughter and conversation of other staff through the wall which I am guessing is shared with the shampoo/drying area. It is distracting when you are zenned in a nice massage. Alone these may not keep me from returning for a great massage but they do not help change my opinion of the same place I have waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for a hair style without being acknowledged and have been told they will not wait 10 minutes for me when I was arriving late.
