Please clarify the complimentary shampoo after a facial. I'm getting mixed reactions from your staff and the front desk. I come each month for a spa afternoon. If the complimentary shampoos are not really free, I will stop scheduling them and plan on coming home looking like a mess. I was told by the front desk that if I schedule the complimentary shampoo then it is not free. The facial staff and hairdressers say, "oh you are getting the complimentary shampoo and blow dry. I scheduled my afternoon spa days once a month for a whole year. I scheduled a time for my free shampoo in order to know the sequence and to have someone available. If this makes me pay for it, then I will not have it on the books. PS: I leave a tip for each person that gives me services free or paid. "MJ"
For my birthday, my husband bought me a giftcard for a pedicure and facial. They were the best! Everyone was very friendly, the spa is always very clean, and my feet and face look great! Will definitely be back!

Bridget has been my stylist since Mane Attraction has been a business. I not only think her work with my hair as exceptional, I consider Bridget a friend and look upon the team at Mane Attraction as extended family. Love y’all. Ruby
