Couldn’t be happier about my appointment. I love the ease of online scheduling, the appointment reminders that are sent automatically (for those of us who tend to forget sometimes), and the super-friendly front desk staff members who are always so warm, welcoming and helpful. Last (but certainly not least), I think Lisa is an absolute gem to work with! Unbelievably professional, a spectacular stylist and such a kind and compassionate individual! I simply cannot speak highly enough about her and what a true joy it is EVERY time I have an appointment with her. Great job gals! I look forward to many future appointments to come. A+ - Joseph

I recently received a gift card which I used at Mane Attraction. I had received one a while back and my experience was so unfavorable I never wanted to go back. On that initial visit, the person who was supposed to do the facial apparently quit. Since no one called me to reschedule, I arrived for my appointment to be told they would have to make it another time. There was no apology for my inconvenience. When I did return for the facial, the tech was very uncomplimentary about my skin and made me feel very self conscious and embarrased. I vowed never to return except I received yet another gift card recently. The vibe was exactly the same. There was a very sullen and uncommunicative young woman at the reception desk. I was told to wait and while sitting there I heard another employee call other customers to confirm their appointments, which no one bothered to do for me. The tech that did my nails was very nice and I have no complaints about her service. She needed a certain product and an older woman with blonde hair was very unkind and unhelpful to her. I was offered water or coffee, while her client was sipping on a glass of wine - I felt it was a very snobby and unfriendly and overpriced place and will never return
Everyone is friendly & professional here. Lots of services are available.When you get a favorite stylist, they work with you to keep her in charge of your "finished look!"
